You may have received an email from Gathr® notifying you that your transaction failed. This means that the charge didn’t go through and neither did the ticket(s). Credit cards are only charged once the screening is Green Lit, often 10-14 days before the screening date, which is why you didn’t receive the email when you reserved originally.
The most likely reason the transaction was declined is that your credit card company did not recognize Gathr® Films as an approved vendor. Needless to say, we’re a real company, so contact your credit card company and tell them it is a legitimate purchase. You can then return to your screening link and repurchase your ticket.
Another common issue is the card expiring between the time you place your reservation and the time we actually charge the card. You can simply repurchase then using the new card information.
