Rules differ between Green Light™ screenings and untipped screenings. Please observe the following:
For untipped screenings
Your credit card will not be charged until the screening Tips and is GreenLit, so until the number of reservations needed gets to zero you are free to cancel your ticket(s). Because you haven’t been charged, no refund will need to be issued!
It's easy. All you need to do is access your customer dashboard.
To enter the dashboard, log into your Gathr® account. Once you’re logged in, your name will appear at the top of the homepage OR on the left side of a Gathr® webpage. Click your UserName.
Once in the dashboard, go to the “Purchase History: Upcoming” section which holds all your current reservations. A “Cancel Tickets” button will appear for each one of your untipped screenings.
Click the button and follow the instructions. When the cancellation is successful, you’ll no longer see the reservation under the “Purchase History: Upcoming” section.
For Green Light™ screenings
When a screening has tipped and received a Green Light™, the date is set and the audience is ready to go. Because our screenings are crowdsourced, we make a commitment to the venue. As a result, tickets to Green Light™ screenings are non-refundable.
We accept payment exclusively through the Gathr® website. All ticket purchases are subject to Gathr®'s service fees and charges, which are also non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes in connection with your purchase of any tickets if such taxes are not included in the price.
You agree to provide Gathr® with accurate, complete, and current information such as your full name, address and credit card and/or billing information. If you don’t receive an order confirmation from Gathr® upon purchase of tickets for a confirmed Gathr® screening, contact our support team to confirm the transaction was approved and/or your ticket purchase is confirmed.
Your ticket(s) reservation is considered a contract. If your credit card expires between the time of the reservation and the time your card is attempted to be charged, Gathr® may pursue collection of payment by requesting a new transaction. You will be required to re-submit payment.
