If you find that you’re not able to host anymore, no problem. As long as your screening hasn’t tipped, you can stop promoting and just let it expire on its own. No one will be charged when your screening cancels.
If your screening has tipped, we will not cancel your screening. This is due to our commitment to the theatre and to the audience who we charge upon tipping the screening. We ask that you find another host who can take your place. Reach out to your Community Engagement Manager if you have questions about this.
