What is Theatrical On Demand®?

    When my mother and I reserved tickets for a screening at one theatre and that theatre (presumably) did not fill their seats for that screening, we were automatically moved to a different theatre nearly 40min from our home. No prior notification was sent and we only found out when we went to print our tickets. The refund policy, of course, does not permit refunds after a screening has tipped.  Customer service for Gathr is very, very poor.

    We don't want to cancel, but we want to know why this occurred and why the information provided on the FAQs is deliberately deceptive.
