What should I expect when I get to the theater? When you get to the theater, make your way to the Ticket counter and ask to speak with the manager on duty. They will let you know which room your screening is taking place in.
Do I have to take tickets at the door? You can choose to take tickets at the door if you desire, but a theater attendant will be present to take the tickets for the individuals who purchased tickets for your event. Don’t forget to print out your attendee list via your Movie Captain Dashboard!
Do the tickets scan? The tickets DO NOT scan. The theater attendant can either look at the tickets pulled up on your mobile device or they can be collected physically.
What should I bring with me to the screening? Make sure you have your comped Movie Captain Tickets as well as a list of your attendees (which is available for download via your MC Dashboard).

What should I do if there is an issue with the Projection of the film or the sound? If there is an issue with the playback of the film, please find the manager on duty immediately and let them know what technical issues the film is having so they can address it accordingly.
Can people buy tickets at the theater? Tickets can be purchased at the theater in special cases. As a Movie Captain, you will be made aware of this in advance of your screening if tickets are made available at the theater the night of the screening. Please Remember that the Gathr Box Office remains open until the start of the screening, meaning people can still purchase tickets via your Gathr Screening Link.

What if the theater doesn’t know about my screening? Because Gathr books their screenings at a corporate level, the manager on duty often finds out about the screening the day of or a day before the event.
