The Gathr Daily Report is such an important tool for our filmmakers and producers to utilize. We want to share Gathr’s best available data in a way that brings clarity to the overall timeline of a screening request.
The information is meant to provide total transparency – from the moment an individual requests to host a screening to the day of their event.
Glossary of terms:
On the “TOD” tab, Column C provides the status of each screening:
Confirmed - Active Gathr screening which is live on the site. You can access the screening via the link listed in the URL column.
Reserve Met – Reserve has been met for the individual’s screening - this is the status that remains while Gathr contacts the theater to finalize the screening’s schedule before the screening is considered “Tipped”.
Tipped - Screening is happening
Sold Out – All available tickets have been purchased
Notifications - A list of cities where a Notify Me request has been made.
On the “Expiration Warnings” tab, Column I provides the amount of tickets needed to make the screening happen before the expiration date (X amount of days left provided in Column B).
The “Screenings Happening” tab gives color to the screenings that have tipped – The overall capacity of the screening, the amount of tickets sold, venue/circuit etc…
The “Screened” tab displays all screenings that have happened.
Information about the Movie Captain (name, email, phone number) is provided throughout the entirety of their event timeline – While we have a person from the Gathr team dedicated to Movie Captain Engagement, we do encourage our filmmakers and producers to reach out as well.
