Depending on your screening, there are two different ways:
If your screening hasn’t tipped:
You will need to cancel your original reservations, then reserve tickets for the new screening.
To start, log into the customer dashboard. Just log into your Gathr® account and once logged in, your name will appear at the top of the homepage OR on the left side of a Gathr® webpage. Click here to enter the dashboard.
Go to the “Purchase History: Upcoming” section which holds all your current reservations.
A “Cancel Tickets” button will appear for each one of your untipped screenings. Click the "Cancel Tickets" button and follow the instructions. When the cancellation is successful, you will no longer see the reservation under the “Purchase History: Upcoming” section.
Finally, reserve new tickets for your preferred screening. Go to the screening link and reserve tickets like you did before!
If your screening has tipped and is Green Lit™, please contact Gathr® Support and they may help facilitate that for you. Requests to transfer tickets to a different screening submitted less than 24 hrs before the screening won’t be considered.
